CINEMA HIRE PRICES

Remember for our Outdoor Cinema Hire, we keep these prices as low as possible!

  • 8m x 4m Package starts from £1200 Projection plus vat + fees (evening hire)
  • 8m x 4m Package starts from £3000 LED plus vat + fees (day hire)
  • (Our Cinema Hire Prices are competitive even the 10m x 5m package starts from £1300 + fees)
  • Our fees are £1 per mile from Hereford (MAX £100) if your more, you DON’T pay more, plus generator fees.

Want to hire the cinema for FREE? We Will bring our setup to you and pay you to be there, get in touch for T&Cs for this amazing offer, in a nutshell though.

  • We will bring which ever screen size we feel that we need for the size of the event.
  • We will take control of the ticketing and advertising side of things.
  • We will obtain and pay the 40% Film license fee.
  • You will provide the catering and drinks and keep all the takings from that.
  • You will provide sweets and popcorn and keep the takings.
  • You will receive £1 pp that attends so its in your interest to make the event successful.
  • You will provide sufficient staff to manage the event.

Gold Package

  • £1450 + fees
  • 1 x Outdoor Cinema Experience with everything needed to screen film on a 8m x 4m Big Screen
  • 1 x rope of fairy lights (its the little things)
  • 1 x Music for your event, We manage the playlist for you and take requests.
  • 1 x host who will interact with the crowd, make them laugh, play games, greet and say thanks (you don’t want your guests getting bored in the pre warm up)
  • 1 x access to our event stock, this can be radios, Hi Vis, marquees. Anything you would need for an event. we’ve got it covered
  • (For the 10m x 5m screen add £150)

  • We’ve done our research, we are the cheapest in our field with high spec equipment to give you competitive Cinema hire prices
  • When booking a cinema, Its good practice that the screen you get has tensions around the outside, this will make the viewing experience better. Failure to do this will result in creases in the screen that can mess with the viewing.
  • You will need a TEN events license, this is the smallest license from your local authority
  • Outdoor cinemas do not work until AT LEAST sunset (Sunset times can be found here), remember to allow for this in the schedule
  • Back of the screen faces west (sunset way) the is to get the best possible image on the front of the screen.
  • WIND is a big factor on site, most of the time we have to move the screen to where the wind has less resistance on the screen, worth keeping this in mind.
